1)Caregiver
ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Caregiver with VitalCore Staffing, you will provide compassionate, non-medical support to clients in their homes or care facilities, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Assignments are matched to your availability and experience across Massachusetts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure client safety.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and errands as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition, behavior, or needs to supervising staff or family.
• Assist with medication reminders as permitted.
• Maintain accurate and timely care logs in line with agency and client requirements.
• Represent VitalCore Staffing Agency with professionalism, reliability, and integrity at every assignment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be currently based in Massachusetts.
• Prior caregiving or home health aide experience preferred.
• HHA certification a plus, but not required.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow a client care plan.

2) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
ABOUT THE ROLE

As a CNA with VitalCore Staffing, you will be matched with hospitals and healthcare facilities across Massachusetts to provide direct, hands-on patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Assignments vary by client need, offering flexibility along with the opportunity to build experience across different healthcare settings.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance.
• Take and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure) accurately.
• Assist nursing staff with procedures, treatments, and patient positioning.
• Observe and report changes in patient condition to supervising nurses promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records in line with HIPAA and facility standards.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and quality-of-care standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in line with facility protocols and scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient response.
• Monitor vital signs and patient condition, identifying and escalating concerns promptly.
• Perform clinical procedures appropriate to licensure (e.g., wound care, IV therapy, injections).
• Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and follow-up needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and the broader healthcare team on patient care decisions.

• Prior experience in a hospital, long-term care, or clinical setting preferred.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required; ACLS a plus depending on specialty.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and any required health screenings.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient care.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary care team.
